HirePotential provides interview preparation content: general advice, job description analysis, AI-generated competency questions, and AI-scored rehearsal of spoken answers.
Content in the app — including AI-generated feedback, scores, and questions — is provided for general preparation purposes only. It is not a guarantee of interview or job search success, and does not constitute professional careers, legal, or employment advice.
Some features require a one-time in-app purchase (currently £8.99) which unlocks unlimited rehearsal sessions, CV Review, and LinkedIn Review, with no subscription or recurring charge. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; refunds are handled per Apple's standard App Store refund policy, not by us directly.
You agree not to use the app to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app's backend services.
The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for your specific circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including outcomes of job applications or interviews.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
