Common questions

How does the full version work? It's a one-off purchase (£9.99) that adds unlimited scored rehearsals, CV Review, LinkedIn Review, full-length mock interviews and up to 5 saved roles. There's no subscription. It's tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so you can restore it on another device from Settings › Restore purchases.
Something not working? Tell me your phone and its software version, and what you were doing when it happened. That's usually enough for me to track it down.
Deleting your data Everything the app keeps is on your phone, and you can remove it all in Settings › Delete all my data (on iPhone, this also removes your iCloud copy). The app has no account, so there's nothing to close. If you've sent me a message and want it deleted, or want the anonymous per-install record used for the free limits removed, send a request using the form above and I'll delete it within 30 days.
Want a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple or Google rather than by me. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
